Winners!

Two of our year 4 pupils represented their team BB Soccer Lions, in an under 9s National football tournament at the home of Chelsea football club, Stamford Bridge in half term. 

The competition was of a very high standard but the boys topped their group unbeaten and won their semi-final on penalties, against a team from Middlesbrough.  In the final they fell behind early to a team from Northern Ireland but the boys showed fantastic fighting spirit to equalise the game 1-1 and then went on to win on penalties. 

It was a great day and many dreams fulfilled!
