| Insurance | 5% of letting charge |
| Premises Manager costs - Monday to Friday | £30 for 1-3 hour hire finishing by 22.00hrs |
| Premises Manager costs - Saturday & Sunday | £34 for 1-3 hour hire finishing by 22.00hrs |
Certain bookings will require the Premises Manager to be in attendance throughout the hire and in these circumstances an additional charge will be payable.
