Personal Development

To strengthen pupil voice, global awareness, inclusion and sustainability by embedding enriching opportunities across the curriculum and wider school life, ensuring that all pupils are engaged, represented and inspired.

Leadership and Management 

To provide strong, strategic leadership and effective school management that ensures high quality teaching.  Supports staff development, optimises resources and drives improved outcomes for all pupils, particularly the most vulnerable.
