Wrap Around Care
Whyteleafe Wraparound Care is run by Whyteleafe Primary School and provides high quality wraparound care for our families. It provides a range of stimulating and creative activities in a safe and friendly environment.
The club operates from 7:30am until school starts and 3:10pm - 5:45pm during term time. We also provide a holiday club for 3 weeks of the school holidays. The provision is on the school site and is available to all children attending the school and the nursery.
We are fortunate to have full use of the schools excellent outdoor facilities (playgrounds, fields, trimtrail) and indoor facilities, spacious halls and kitchens. Whilst indoors, the children are split into groups according to their age to allow the staff to get to know them and fully meet their needs. Outside, all children share the play spaces and equipment together allowing friendships to blossom.
Our chef provides a light tea and this is served at 4pm. Breakfast is served between 7:30am and 8:15am.
Because our wrapround care is run by the school, there is consistency of policies and expectations for our children and lots of the staff work at school during the day so are familiar faces to ease transiton for our children.
Our staff have relevant childcare qualifications including paediatric first aid and we follow current guidelines with regard to ratio requirements.
Please have a look at the admissions policy for more information and contact details.
